Each individual may hold only one 777cz account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your phone number, email address or payment details change, you must update them promptly in your account settings. Outdated information that causes a failed withdrawal or missed communication will not be grounds for a complaint against 777cz.
777cz may require identity and payment verification before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time thereafter. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of the payment method used and, where required, a selfie for identity confirmation. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal access temporarily restricted.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 777cz reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rs 500 per month against the balance of dormant accounts, beginning after the initial 12-month dormancy period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support if needed.

All transactions on 777cz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances displayed on the platform, all bonus amounts and all withdrawal figures are in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied.
Withdrawals at 777cz are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all 777cz bonuses carry a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 of eligible wagering to be completed before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited unless the promotion specifies a different timeframe.
Welcome bonuses are available to new 777cz players only, once per person, once per household and once per payment method. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will take precedence for that particular game or market.
All sports bets at 777cz are accepted subject to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the official governing body. 777cz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned before a result can be determined (unless a specific rule for that sport covers the situation). For PSL matches, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method result will be treated as official where applicable.
In-play (live) betting markets are offered at 777cz's discretion and may be suspended or closed at any point during a match. Bets accepted before a market suspension are valid and will be settled on the official result. 777cz will not be liable for any technical delay in displaying live odds that results in a player placing a bet at odds that do not reflect the current state of play — such bets may be voided at 777cz's discretion.
777cz reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed at odds or conditions that are clearly erroneous — for example, odds significantly out of line with market prices due to a technical or human data entry error. What constitutes an "obvious error" is determined at 777cz's reasonable discretion. Players who exploit obvious errors will have their winnings voided and may have their accounts closed.
Single event maximum payouts apply to sports betting and casino games at 777cz. Maximum win limits per bet slip or per game session are specified in the relevant game or market information. Players should review the maximum payout for any market before placing a large wager.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777cz and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account:

If your account is suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms, any funds in your balance may be retained by 777cz pending investigation. If no breach is found following investigation, legitimate funds will be returned. 777cz will not return funds obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse or in breach of these Terms.
